Directions and Parking
SoWa is located only few blocks from both I-93 & I-90, and a short walk from Broadway Station (MBTA Red Line) and Back Bay Station (MBTA Orange Line).
PAY PARKING LOTS:
Free on Sundays. Parking at meters on Albany Street is $4 for 2 hours until 8pm. Most spaces have a 2-hour limit.
PAY PARKING LOTS:
- Thayer Lot, 365 Albany Street (lot right outside of 460B and C), Monday–Friday. If a ticket time is over the 30 minutes but under 60 minutes, the charge will be $10 upon exit. Any time over 60 minutes will result in a fee equivalent of a full day's parking of $40. First Fridays: $5, cash only, from 5–9pm at Thayer Lot only.
- 274 Albany Street and 324 Albany Street Lots (under the expressway), $2.50 per hour. Max of $20 per 24-hour day.
- Harrison Avenue Lot (where the SoWa Market is held), $7 for the first two hours + $2 per hour thereafter. Max of $19 per day (24 hour).

- Randolph Street and Harrison Avenue have the most number of parking spaces, with 2 hours free parking.
- Paul Sullivan Way has free all-day parking but there are very few spaces that become available.
